What if my coupon code doesn’t work?

Will I still get my order within 2-3 business days if I order on the weekend?

Yup, in most cases if the product(s) are available in our warehouse!  We try our best to keep everything in-stock but it's natural that great products are sold-out sometimes, huh?

What if I’ve changed my mind and want to cancel my order after it’s been processed?

There’s hope! If the order has yet to ship, we can definitely cancel your order.  Simply reach out to us at support@redcornerstore.com and we can help.  Another way of knowing – if you haven’t received your order tracking email from RCS, chances are it’s yet to ship and we’ll gladly refund your purchase. If your order has shipped, you will have to fund the return shipping cost on your own.

Special ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned.

Can I ship my order to a country outside of Canada?

Great question! No, all orders are shipped within Canada hence never having to pay customs duties or taxes…Again, we’re proudly Canadian!

Does my new product come with a warranty?

Sure does! All items sold on RedCornerStore.com carry a manufacturer’s warranty (varies depending on manufacturer).  Simply complete your warranty information card that’s included in the box and away you go!

What currency does RED Corner Store charge?

Five days have passed and I haven’t received my order, what can I do?

I received my order and I’ve changed my mind, can I return?

It depends!  Please refer to our “Return Policy” page for a detailed explanation.  Based on the criteria you provide our team will make a decision on whether we can extend a refund to you. However, Special ordered items cannot be returned.
