Eligible Returns

All products must be returned in the condition you received them. All original packaging including, but not limited to, all materials must be in its original form. Once a product has been removed from original packaging and/or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

There are exceptions! If the item is “personal” such as apparel, jewelry, watches, sunglasses, headphones, bedding, towels, etc., the item cannot be returned as these items are final sale. RED Corner Store is sensitive to receiving returns for personal items for hygienic purposes. Items that could potentially be worn or handled shouldn’t be returned!

Some items can only be returned if they’re factory sealed. These include, but are not limited to, all Headphones, Music Accessories, Cameras, Vitamix blenders, TV’s etc.
Deleted: Returned products that are deemed by REDcornerstore.com to be in a non-returnable condition will be declined and returned to the customer

Approved and eligible products returned within 14 days of shipping date will be refunded in full (excluding shipping charges) via your original payment method.

Packaged Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Accept the package and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery (see below for contact options). A photo of the damaged packaging/product may be requested.

Warranties

All products sold by REDcornerstore.com are expected to be covered by the individual Manufacturer Warranty. To utilize your Manufacturer Warranty, please contact the Manufacturer directly, using your REDcornerstore.com order confirmation as your proof of purchase.

How To Return

Reach out to our support team at info@REDcornerstore.com and we will be happy to assist. Alternatively, you can fill out our Return Order Form while logged into your REDcornerstore Member Account and one of our team members will be in touch with you.

Once confirmed, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number(RA#). Please clearly indicate the provided RA# on the outer shipping box. Products returned without a RA# will be denied.

A prepaid return waybill will be provided if the product is either deemed defective or if there was a processing error on our part. You will NOT receive a prepaid return waybill if you experience “buyer’s remorse” and decide not to keep the product.

Proof of return action must be provided within 5 days from the receipt of your Return Authorization Number. This includes the tracking number of your return parcel(if you don’t qualify for a prepaid waybill) and the tracking information must show in transit activity.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll process the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, your refund total will not include the shipping charges when the return is approved. Expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days, along with a confirmation email!
